**Operations & Recruitment Executive**

Location: United Kingdom (UK-based company
- Work from home)

**Salary**: 15,000 - 20,000 INR per month

Position Type: Full-time and rotational shift

**Key** **Responsibilities**:
2. Coordinate and oversee internal processes to ensure smooth business functions.

3. Support the operations manager in monitoring and improving performance metrics.

4. Handle communications with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

5. Manage scheduling and assigning of various operational activities.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvements.

8. Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operational activities.

9. Assistant with recruitment activities.

10. manage promotion and marketing activities such as poster and video editing

11. Handling Poster and video making for the promotion of the company.

**Key Requirements**:
1. A bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Strong organizational and time management skills.

3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

6. Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.

7. Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of operations are encouraged to apply.

8. Knowledge in editing tools such as adobe, canva, Microsoft word and other tools etc..
