
Office Administration Trainee

Assist in maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents.
- Support front-desk operations, including answering calls, handling visitors, and managing appointments.
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documentation under supervision.
- Perform data entry and update internal systems and databases.
- Support scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for staff and management.
- Help with office inventory management and procurement coordination.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand workflow and communication systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during all tasks.
