Job Summary:

As a Sales Trainee at Backwater Ripples , you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in resort sales. The position involves working closely with the sales team, learning about the resort's offerings, and contributing to the overall sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Development:
• Participate in a structured training program to gain a deep understanding of the resort's products, services, and sales strategies.
• Learn about the resort's facilities, amenities, and unique selling points.
• Develop proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in creating and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare for client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Customer Interaction:
• Interact with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about the resort's offerings and assist in addressing customer inquiries.
• Work towards building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.
• Sales Targets:
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a MBA Graduate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
