About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who wish to build a career in sales and marketing. The role provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, product promotion, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and approaching potential customers in the local market
  • Support the sales team in promoting company products and services
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities
  • Learn to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Help in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Gather market insights and feedback to support the sales strategy

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
