Job Title: Lady Office Administrator
Organization: Chess Association Kerala, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the President,Secretary, Treasurer, and other officials of the association.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of membership, tournaments, and other association activities.
4. Event Management: Assist in organizing and coordinating chess tournaments, events, and meetings.
5. Financial Management: Manage office expenses, process payments, and maintain financial records.
7. Social Media: Manage the association's social media presence and create content to promote chess activities.
8. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to the president, Secretary and other officials as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
