**Job Type**:Full-time
- **Qualification**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, MTech, or any other relevant IT degree.
- **Experience**:3 years of Bidding experience in an IT firm.
- **Skills**:Strong convincing skills, excellent communication abilities, familiarity with various technologies and frameworks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.

4. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

5. Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the value proposition of the company's IT products and services.

6. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.

7. Actively participate in negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.

8. Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

9. Utilize bidding platforms to identify and respond to relevant projects, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities.

10. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to the management team.
