**Working Title: Field Coordinator (On Third Party Payroll, Randstad)**

**Location: Mumbai**

**ABOUT TRACE TB PROJECT**

Under the STOP-TB funded Reimagining TB care (RTC) grant, few interventions have been proposed for implementation in the selected geography
- Kurla and Bailbazar districts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. PATH has partnered with Everwell as the technology partner to integrate and explicitly link the proposed technologies in a manner to ease outpatient journey. All data will connect with and flow through the core Nikshay backbone, making them available to all authorized actors and decision-makers within NTEP.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure timely collection and compilation of data
- Ensure quality documentation, reporting and dissemination of the project activities and outcomes
- Track implementation of all interventions in the selected geography for the project period
- Track progress of deliverables of the project
- Support in documenting all field level learnings in the project
- Create and submit monthly progress report to all stakeholders
- Escalate gaps or issues to the program team for timely action

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Public Health/ Social Work /Social Sciences/ Management/ other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in program implementation, management, and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environment
- Comfort with collaborating across all levels of leadership internally
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations

**Must have legal authorization to work in India.**
