As a Field Coordinator for Nishant Charitable Trust, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities and projects in the field. You will work closely with the NGO's program managers, field staff, and community members to ensure the smooth implementation of programs and initiatives. Your role will involve managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing support to field teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, social sciences, community development).
- Proven experience in project coordination, field operations, or community engagement, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools are desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant sector-specific issues (e.g., education, health, livelihoods) and the local context is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local culture is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote or challenging environments as required.
