Field Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an Field Sales Coordinator that will handle the following:

- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads to the Field Sales representatives based on internal ZIM information, web data, external databases, quote inquiries, trade shows, business directories, etc.
- Validate sales leads and work to support the sales representative in materializing the leads into sales.
- Research and prepare material for customer meetings: past performance and forecast, needs solutions, issues, opportunities, financials, etc.
- Create and update agreements
- Discuss and prepare quotations for customers
- Deal with client’s follow up process and problems
- Solve ad-hoc problems
- Cascade relevant issues and problems of the customers to CS and ensure solving
- Inform customers on changes in different topic such as: rates, schedule, new shipping methods, etc.
- Offer and follow up cross-sell and up-sales services (VAS services)
- Creating meeting reports in CRM
- Monitor customer performance
- Comply with tracking and reporting requirements
- Screening of lost/new customers

**Requirements**:
You will need to have:

- Academic education: Graduate
- Minimum 1 to 3 year in Shipping
- Good Communication Skills
