Field Operations Coordinator Job Description

Liaising with senior management, logistics teams and support staff is a key responsibility. The role involves executing instructions accordingly.

Coordinating with team members to ensure timely deployment at venues is crucial. This includes coordinating in-house as well as vendor resources.

Maintaining operational rules such as wearing jackets, using communication devices and ensuring team compliance are essential tasks.

Logistics management for the field team involves arranging travel, food, accommodation, vendors for events and equipment rentals.

A requisition for all equipment must be submitted to the inventory team a day prior to deployment.

An active database of vendors and equipment rentals must be maintained by creating, populating and updating it regularly.

The field team must adhere to operational and functional protocols on the ground. Supervisory presence is required to oversee operations and delivery.

Facilitating equipment testing in the office and at the venue, mitigation and resolution of technical/operational challenges are critical tasks.

Operational guidelines for communication must be followed strictly.

Petty cash management and finance related information updates are also part of this role.

Job Requirements:

  • Daily reporting from the Event Location is necessary.
  • Timely updating and reporting skills are required.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Good time management and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
