About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Workplace Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing various aspects of workplace operations, including vendor coordination, asset management, and employee welfare.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and maintenance of facilities.
- Manage office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Support health and safety initiatives by coordinating drills, signage, and ergonomics programs.
- Plan and execute office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badge systems.
- Assist with corporate social responsibility events and internal activities as assigned.
- Produce regular reports and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; experience in workplace operations or facilities management is highly desirable.
- Strong vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation, track data, and report on key performance indicators.
- New graduates with a service-minded approach and hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
