Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you will play a vital role in the development and execution of workplace projects from concept to completion.

  • Assist in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution
  • Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs that meet client requirements
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to drive innovation and creativity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is a plus
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within our design-driven culture
