**Job Title:** Store Operations Coordinator

Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and transfer of items. The successful candidate will ensure that all materials are received, disbursed, accrued, binned, issued, and dispatched in accordance with management priorities and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of material receipts, withdrawals, and stock levels.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to vendors, users, and accounting for reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
  • Use computerized and manual stock checking techniques to reconcile physical stock with SAP system records.
  • Ensure barcode labeling and printing on arrival of asset materials in the store.
  • Update asset numbers, descriptions, and movements within institutions according to location changes and tagged using the barcode labeling system.
  • Manage documentation for transfers of material between states, including E-way bill processing on government portals.
  • Coordinate the handling of freight and movement of IT and non-IT materials.
  • Implement scrap disposal procedures for various types of materials.
  • Exercise effective management of store operations to meet company policies and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Effective inventory management experience.
  • SAP knowledge for MM module is an added advantage.
