Digital Workplace Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate professional who is committed to ensuring stability, security, and productivity across both backend infrastructure and user-facing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Windows Server & Active Directory Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments; manage AD, user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
  • Identity & Access: Support Entra ID, ADFS, MFA, and SSO to provide secure and seamless user access.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Use SCOM and related tools to ensure server and system health.
  • PKI & DNS: Manage certificate services, renewals, and DNS infrastructure for secure and reliable operations.
  • Digital Workplace Enablement: Support collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) to enhance end-user experience.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement best practices to safeguard infrastructure and align with IT governance.
  • ITSM Processes: Follow incident, change, and request management standards to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on digital workplace trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, policies, and processes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and 2-7 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration within enterprise environments.

You should have strong technical skills, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, PKI, PowerShell scripting & automation, and Microsoft 365 / Intune / Endpoint Management (preferred).

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and Microsoft 365 or Endpoint certifications are also preferred.
