IT Infrastructure & End-User Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT specialist to strengthen our team. This role combines deep expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and PowerShell automation with a focus on enabling a secure, efficient, and seamless digital workplace experience.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring stability, security, and productivity across both backend infrastructure and user-facing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Server & Active Directory Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments; manage AD, user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
  • Identity & Access: Support Entra ID, ADFS, MFA, and SSO to provide secure and seamless user access.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Use SCOM and related tools to ensure server and system health.
  • PKI & DNS: Manage certificate services, renewals, and DNS infrastructure for secure and reliable operations.
  • Digital Workplace Enablement: Support collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) to enhance end-user experience.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement best practices to safeguard infrastructure and align with IT governance.
  • ITSM Processes: Follow incident, change, and request management standards to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on digital workplace trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, policies, and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-7 years in Windows Server and Active Directory administration within enterprise environments.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration
  • Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, PKI
  • PowerShell scripting & automation
  • Microsoft 365 / Intune / Endpoint Management (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 or Endpoint certifications
