Job Description Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management activities, coordinate with banks and vendors, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Bank teams, management, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) through documentation, reporting, and tracking.
  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare and share project summaries, MIS, and analytical reports with stakeholders.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and provide necessary assistance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on project status updates.
  • Track project progress and escalate delays or issues to management.
  • Manage vendor presentations for new implementations, procurement's, and IT strategy discussions.
  • Review policies, draft SLAs, and contribute to IT strategy and process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
  • Ability to draft and review Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools preferred.
