Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and meet the high-quality standards set by the company and clients. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

●Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

●Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

●Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

●Ensure effective communication between team members, clients, and senior management regarding project status and changes.

●Manage project resources, ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals and that tasks are completed on time.

●Oversee project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project post-mortems.

●Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.

●Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

●Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

●Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

●Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certification is preferred.

●Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
