Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
  • Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, prepare minutes and follow-ups
  • Maintain project documentation including reports, proposals, and contracts
  • Monitor risks and issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards
  • Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking related to project needs
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
