**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** to identify, research, and connect with potential leads.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using **InMails, connection requests, and follow-ups**.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Analyze prospect data to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation with business goals.
- Stay updated on **LinkedIn algorithms, sales trends, and best practices** to optimize performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **B2B sales, lead generation, or business development** using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of **LinkedIn search filters, Boolean search, and lead segmentation**.
- Excellent **communication and outreach** skills, with a persuasive approach.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for lead tracking and reporting.
- Ability to craft **personalized messages** to maximize response rates.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in **IT sales, SaaS, or digital marketing** is a plus.
- Understanding of **social selling strategies and LinkedIn engagement tactics**.
- Knowledge of **A/B testing for outreach messages** to optimize lead conversion.
