We currently establish a new marketing team and are looking for a **LinkedIn Expert (M/F/d) - 100% remote** **Your Mission**: As a Social Media Specialist in the EUTECH Chamber you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, driving engagement, and creating meaningful interactions with our audience. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about social media, data-driven decision-making, and driving impactful digital campaigns. **Your daily tasks**: - Actively manage and maintain our LinkedIn presence by creating and curating content, initiating discussions, and fostering engagement within our target audience. - Regularly post updates, articles, and company news to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our LinkedIn page. - Develop and execute innovative paid social media campaigns across various platforms, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn advertising. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve desired KPIs and objectives. - Conduct comprehensive benchmark analysis of competitor ads and social media activities to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. - Utilize insights to refine our own strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market. - Take a proactive approach in implementing our digital agenda, including but not limited to social media strategies, content outreach initiatives, and lead management processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader organizational goals. - Work closely with other team members, including Marketing, Content, and Sales teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all digital channels. - Demonstrated experience and a strong passion for social media management, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn. - Ability to interpret and analyze data, with a focus on KPIs and metrics to drive informed decision-making in self-serve environments. **What we are looking for**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 2 or more years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Demonstrated success in executing paid social media campaigns and achieving measurable results. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint. - Excellent English language skills are mandatory. **We offer**: We stand for the vision of a better and more sustainable world - hand in hand with European technology companies.
