**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
- Optimize company and executive LinkedIn profiles to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Build and manage the company's LinkedIn community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions.
- Analyze LinkedIn analytics and metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align LinkedIn efforts with overall business goals.
- Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and potential business partners on LinkedIn.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn’s algorithm changes, features, and best practices to ensure optimal performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn marketing strategies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn tools and analytics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with LinkedIn advertising and sponsored content.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and their integration with LinkedIn.
- Basic graphic design skills.
