**The Role**
We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Social Media Expert** to join our marketing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating how we help counsellors and therapists through multiple social media platforms and in many chat room forums etc.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and post content across various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Chat Rooms and many more) to engage the mental health community about the tremendous benefits MyOutcomes toolkit provide.
- Develop creative strategies to communicate effectively with our target audience.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement to foster meaningful connections with the community and lead them to further enquiry.

**Skills & Expertise**
- Lead Segmentation:

- Expertise in segmenting leads based on demographics, behaviours, and interests to deliver personalized content that resonates with specific audiences.
- Behavioural Targeting:

- Skilled in utilizing user behaviour data to craft highly personalized marketing strategies that improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.
- Funnel Optimization:

- Strong focus on optimizing marketing funnels, from awareness to conversion, to ensure maximum lead flow and higher sales performance.
- CRM Management:

- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer relationships, improve lead tracking, and streamline sales processes

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Passion to see less people suffering from mental health struggles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual (video and ad creation).

**Remuneration**
- Work from home (Part-time)
- 3 hours a day from 9am to 12pm PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- Monday to Friday (Weekend Off)
- Starting salary CA$8 an hour with a CA$2 an hour quarterly bonus.
