Handling telephonic inquiries of the patients and keeping a record of the same.
- To create content required for the doctor

Booking new and follow-up appointments of the patients online and directlyCalling patients, who missed their first and follow-up appointments for the next appointment and reason for missing the same.Greeting and welcoming the patients/guests/consultants both voice and face-to-face.Assisting patients to filling the registration form and then registering patientsScheduling appointments of the patients in a way that helps in minimizing patient waiting time in the system.Managing the patients waiting time in peak hoursManaging the clinic ambiance and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee, and notices)Encouraging patients to fill up the OPD patient feedback forms and collecting the same from the patients.
- Ensure patient records are updated and maintained in compliance with privacy and regulations.
- Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and policies to patients and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve patient queries or issues promptly and escalate as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
