Job Overview

We are seeking a Guest Relationship Executive Female for a full-time position at our Hyderabad location. This mid-level role requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven customer service skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying information to guests and team members.
  • Upselling techniques to promote additional services and offerings. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in conflict resolution to manage and resolve inquiries and complaints.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain customer records and streamline operations.
  • Problem solving ability to address guest issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Cultural awareness to respect and accommodate the diverse backgrounds of guests.

  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a pleasant experience from arrival to departure.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to guests.
  • Maintain updated records in the CRM software for accurate guest history and preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Actively listen to guest feedback and communicate this to the management for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and professional environment, contributing to team success and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in development and implementation of guest relation strategies.
