This mid-level role requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications and Skills Proven customer service skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying information to guests and team members. Upselling techniques to promote additional services and offerings. (Mandatory skill) Expertise in conflict resolution to manage and resolve inquiries and complaints. Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain customer records and streamline operations. Problem solving ability to address guest issues quickly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Cultural awareness to respect and accommodate the diverse backgrounds of guests. Roles and Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a pleasant experience from arrival to departure. Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to guests. Maintain updated records in the CRM software for accurate guest history and preferences. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Actively listen to guest feedback and communicate this to the management for improvement. Foster a positive and professional environment, contributing to team success and guest satisfaction. Assist in development and implementation of guest relation strategies.
