**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a confident and target-driven **Sales Closer** with experience in voice-based sales to convert warm leads into paying clients. The role focuses solely on closing deals over the phone by clearly communicating the value of Google Ads and aligning it with client goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Speak with qualified leads and guide them through service offerings.
- Present suitable Google Ads packages based on client needs.
- Handle objections and close deals through direct phone communication.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records with detailed updates on call outcomes and lead status.
- Achieve monthly targets for closures and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in phone-based sales or closing roles, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads is preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales workflows.
