**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented **Telephonic Sales Representative** to connect with potential clients, explain Google Ads solutions, and drive conversions. This is a voice-based sales role focused on handling calls, building trust, and closing deals or setting up appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries from interested prospects.
- Present the benefits of Google Ads clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Understand business needs and pitch relevant ad packages.
- Maintain accurate lead and call data in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Achieve call targets, meeting bookings, and closures on a monthly basis.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telephonic sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
- Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to explain digital marketing benefits to non-technical clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
