An Area Sales Executive (ASE) in the automobile industry is responsible for B2B managing sales in a region, including sales teams, budgets, and Dealer \ Distributer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**: Achieve sales targets, generate demand, and run promotional campaigns
- **Team management**: Train and motivate sales teams, and manage their performance
- **Budgeting**: Manage the regional budget and ensure it meets financial targets
- **Customer relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with customers and other relevant bodies
- **Market analysis**: Track market developments, identify sales opportunities, and analyze competitor performance
- **Reporting**: Report on sales results, market share, and other metrics
- **Planning**: Create and execute sales strategies and marketing plans
- **Training**: Train dealers and their staff on sales processes, products, and CRM
- **Networking**: Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and other relevant bodies
