**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven **On-Trade Area Sales Executive** to drive sales and strengthen our presence in Ranchi. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bars, pubs, restaurants, and hotels to increase market penetration and ensure visibility for Proost Beer in the on-trade segment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the on-trade channel.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts (bars, pubs, lounges, hotels, and restaurants).
- Ensure product availability, placement, and visibility across outlets.
- Plan and execute activations, promotions, and events to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage collections, credit control, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Regularly report sales performance, outlet coverage, and execution status to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, **strictly within the Alco-Bev or liquor industry**.
- **Strong working experience in the Jharkhand market is mandatory.**:

- Excellent knowledge of the on-trade channel and local market dynamics in Ranchi.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
- Passion for the beverage industry and a go-getter attitude.
