As we expand our presence in the retail market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Area Sales Executive - Essential** to join our team in East India zone (Ranchi & Patna).
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive for our Essential Department. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and emerging trends.
- Ensure proper brand visibility and product placement at retail outlets.
- Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to optimize sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Execute promotional activities, sales campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Sales and Business Development skills
- Customer Relationship Management
- Negotiation and Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
