**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of Chinese cuisine preparation, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Prepare Chinese dishes from scratch, including sauces, stocks, and doughs, following traditional methods and recipes.
- Develop and refine the Chinese food menu, introducing new and innovative dishes while maintaining classic offerings.
- Oversee the cooking process, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and consistency in every dish.
- Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Order and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies necessary for Chinese cuisine.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with other chefs and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and innovation in the menu.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by continuously improving the quality and creativity of dishes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, with a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary Chinese cuisine.
- Expertise in preparing Chinese dishes from scratch, including stir-fries, dim sum, dumplings, soups, and sauces.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese ingredients, herbs, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients and maintaining inventory.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
