**Open Positions**:Chinese Department Chef**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the Chinese cuisine team: scheduling, training & discipline
- Prepare dishes and ensure consistent taste and presentation
- Collaborate with managers for meal planning and kitchen coordination
- Maintain hygiene standards and comply with sanitation codes
- Assist in menu development and cost control

**Indian Chef**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare authentic North and/or South Indian dishes
- Monitor inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow safety and hygiene regulations
- Participate in menu innovation and seasonal planning

**Commi Chef (All Cuisines)**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support senior chefs in food prep and kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow standard recipes and instructions for consistency
- Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
