Job Description: Chinese CDP (Chef de Partie) – Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar

We are looking for an experienced Chinese CDP to join our culinary team at Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine with consistency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes.
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff under your section efficiently.
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Contribute ideas for menu innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of sauces, wok cooking, and flavor balance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with leadership and communication skills.

Location: Pyramid Cafe Lounge and Bar (North India)
