- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Operations Executive Manager to_
- establish and manage office operations from inception. In this dynamic role, you will be_
- responsible for creating efficient processes, organising resources, and ensuring the seamless_
- functioning of the office. Your contributions will be pivotal in building a strong foundation_
- for our organisation._
- **Responsibilities/Tasks**:_
- Responsibilities/Tasks_
- **1) Process Optimization & Administration**:_
- Plan, streamline, and coordinate processes across HR, Accounts, Admin, Attendance,_
- Housekeeping, Salary, and Guard Coordination, etc_
- Develop and implement SOPs and poka-yoke systems using Excel/word/tech._
- software, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows._
- Improve reporting accuracy, maintain performance trackers, and oversee daily_
- warehouse/admin operations._
- Prepare tender documents, maintain MIS and records for analysis, and support_
- procurement through vendor negotiations._
- **2) Reporting & Documentation**:_
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and documents_
- with accuracy and timeliness._
- Maintain systematic and secure records and confidential files (both electronic and_
- paper)._
- Conduct research, compile data, and submit summary reports with actionable_
- insights._
- Propose and implement new processes and ideas to enhance organizational_
- efficiency._
- **3) Executive & Personal Assistance**:_
- Manage MD’s schedule, appointments, travel, and daily coordination across sites._
- and meeting minutes._
- Accompany MD to office, factory, and vendor/client visits; assist with personal tasks_
- like reservations, errands, etc._
- Draft, proofread, and handle confidential communications with discretion._
- **4) Communication & Coordination**:_
- Act as liaison for internal teams (Accounts, Production, Admin, HR) to prioritize and_
- follow up on tasks._
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events - handling logistics, materials, and_
- follow-ups._
- Serve as point of contact for staff coordination, resolving inquiries, and escalating_
- issues when necessary._

- Qualifications and Requirements_
- 1. Education: Min. Bachelor's degree_
- 2. Experience: Min. 2 - 3 years in a similar role_
- 3. Academics: Minimum 80% / 8.0 CGPA in 10th, 12th & Bachelor's_
- 4. English Proficiency: Excellent in reading, writing & speaking_
- 5. Typing Speed: 45+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy_
- 6. Note-Taking: Fast and clear note-maker_
- 7. Work Speed: Quick and efficient_
- 8. Tool Proficiency: Advance MS Office, design tools, tech & productivity tools_
- 9. Detail-Oriented: Strong logical and analytical skills_
- 10. Quick Learner: Grasp tasks/problems and come up with a solution rapidly._
- 11. Multitasking: Efficient and process-focused mindset_
- 12. Professionalism: Confident and accountable_
- 13. Process Development: Experience in setting up internal processes & filing systems_
- 14. Organiza5onal Skills: Highly structured and organised_
- 15. Training: Able to train others on processes Effectively._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
