Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain office records, documents, and files.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
2. Office Operations
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
3. Data Management
- Maintain databases, update records, and ensure accuracy.
- Support data entry and assist with report generation.
4. Customer and Team Interaction
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and resolve administrative issues.
5. Compliance and Policies
- Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management tools (e.g., ERP software).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- [Preferred] Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
