We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our Gurgaon office immediately. This is a full-time, in-person role with working hours from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.

**Position**: Office Administrator
**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
**Work Hours**: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST
**Start Date**: Immediate
**Work Mode**: On-site (in-person)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate administrative activities and support various departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to join.
