**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations, reception, and general administration.
- Manage office supplies, stock inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical & digital).
- Support HR with onboarding, attendance records, and staff coordination.
- Manage housekeeping, facility upkeep, and liaise with service providers.
- Assist finance team with petty cash handling, expense tracking, and basic billing support.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules for staff and management.
- Maintain office compliance registers and ensure adherence to policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR and basic accounting support is an added advantage.
