- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure smooth operation of office systems and processes.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee records and documentation.
- Maintain and update filing systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
