- Assist the academic team with data collection, reports, and resource sharing.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with a preferred background in education or academic administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in an academic or school-facing role is a plus.
