**Job Description: Telecaller - Recovery Agency**

**Position**: Telecaller

**Department**: Recovery (Two-Wheeler Loans and Consumer Durable Products)

**Location**: [Gorakhpur]

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments on two-wheeler loans and consumer durable (CD) products.
- Remind customers of their payment obligations and due dates.

**2. Payment Negotiation**:

- Understand the reasons for non-payment and negotiate repayment schedules with customers.
- Offer solutions and options to help customers resolve their overdue accounts, such as EMI restructuring or partial payments, if applicable.

**3. Data Management**:

- Update customer interaction details and payment commitments in the system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of conversations and payment statuses.

**4. Target Achievement**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and recovery amounts.
- Assist in achieving overall team recovery targets.

**5. Customer Service**:

- Handle queries related to overdue amounts, penalties, and repayment procedures in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Escalate cases to the field recovery team or supervisor if necessary.

**6. Compliance**:

- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements while interacting with customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

**1. Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Graduate in any field.

**2. Experience**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service is an advantage.

**3. Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in [specify languages, e.g., Hindi and English].
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
