**Job Title**: Recovery Telecaller

**Department**: Loan Recovery

**Reports To**: Team Leader/Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Recovery Telecaller is responsible for contacting delinquent borrowers via phone to collect overdue loan payments. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to effectively engage with borrowers, understand their situations, and negotiate payment arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact delinquent borrowers via phone to inquire about overdue loan payments.
- Gather information regarding borrower's current financial situation and payment difficulties.
- Negotiate and agree upon payment plans with borrowers, ensuring timely and consistent repayments.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and payment arrangements in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets as set by management.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to debt collection.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in debt collection or customer service preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
