We are hiring experienced professionals for the **US Debt Collection Process** who have a strong background in **international voice support** and excellent communication skills in English. This role involves handling debt recovery calls for US-based clients in accordance with compliance and regulatory guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound collection calls to delinquent customers in the US market.
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls and follow-up actions in CRM tools.
- Adhere to FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and client-specific compliance standards.
- Meet monthly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity metrics.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex cases.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **6+ Months of experience** in international voice process; debt collection experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent **English communication skills** - verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of US customer service culture and debt collection laws (FDCPA).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Comfortable with **night shifts** (US shift hours).
- Proficiency in CRM and call center systems is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- **Location**: Noida (Work from Office only)
- **Shift Timing**: Night Shift (Aligned to US time zones)
- **Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (Weekend Off or Rotational as per client requirements)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,986.94 - ₹45,038.03 per month
