**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Delhi
**Position Overview**: As a Sales Executive for our Debt Resolution Agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients who require assistance with debt management and resolution. You will utilize your sales expertise to prospect for leads, build relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicate the value of our services. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, a deep understanding of the debt resolution industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients who may benefit from our debt resolution services through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their financial challenges, debt obligations, and objectives.
- Educate clients about our debt resolution services, explaining how our solutions can help them regain financial stability and achieve their goals.
- Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and cost-effectiveness of our services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to secure new contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including debt resolution specialists and customer support, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of debt resolution processes, financial management principles, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
