Travel Sales Executive

**Your day to day is**:
- Proactively sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours to individual and group clients.
- Build customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on travel destinations, costs, accommodations, and activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and promotions.
- Process bookings using internal systems and ensure proper documentation and payments.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues before, during, or after travel.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and logistics.
**You’ll be successful in this role if you have**:
- Proven experience in travel sales or a related customer service/sales role (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of travel products (e.g., airlines, hotels, travel insurance, visa requirements).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Proficient in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, or related field is preferred.
