**Position Summary**: The Travel Sales Executive is an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. By utilizing a consultative selling approach, the Travel Sales Executive will identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, working with both new and existing customers to drive revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential leads, utilizing both outbound and inbound strategies to generate new sales opportunities within the tourism industry.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized travel solutions that match their needs and preferences.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Assist in handling complex sales negotiations with senior-level executives, closing deals in a professional and timely manner.
- **Account Management**: Support existing customer accounts, maintaining consistent communication, and offering valuable travel options and updates.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all customer requirements are met and that the delivery of services is seamless.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of quota-carrying sales experience (preferably in tourism or a related field).
- **CRM Proficiency**: Basic understanding of CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and build customer profiles.
- **Sales Performance**: A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, even with limited experience.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- **Customer-Focused**: Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and grow within the dynamic tourism industry, keeping up with current trends and customer demands.
