**Sales Executive - Air Ticketing (UK Market)**

**CTC**: Up to ₹4.80 LPA + Incentives
**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Shift**: Rotational shifts as per UK timings

**Role Overview**

You will be responsible for handling ticketing requests, advising clients on routes and fares, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent relationships with airline partners and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and issue air tickets for UK-bound travel, ensuring accurate pricing, routing, and passenger details.
- Utilize **GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo Is**must**, etc.)** for booking, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Manage ticket reissues, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies and company standards.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding airline options, travel routes, and pricing for UK travel.
- Handle complex ticketing issues including overbookings, cancellations, and multi-sector itineraries.
- Stay updated on the **UK travel market**, including airline regulations, promotions, and fare changes.
- Liaise with airlines and suppliers to secure best fares, offers, and solutions for clients.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation related to ticketing operations and sales performance.
- Ensure all air ticketing operations comply with industry standards and company procedures.

**Skills & Expertise Required**
- Proficiency in **GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or equivalent)**.
- In-depth understanding of the **UK travel market**, airline policies, and fare structures.
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills** in English.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills to resolve ticketing and client issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Post Graduate / Certification in **Travel & Tourism** or a related field preferred.
- Minimum **2-4 years** of relevant experience in air ticketing and travel operations.
- Prior experience handling **UK-based clients or travel bookings** is an added advantage.
