**Customer Service Representative - Travel Industry**

**Location**: SCO 347 Webart, Panchkula
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 (Negotiable)
**Work Timings**: Rotational Shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers via phone and electronic communication.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
- Occasionally **negotiate with business clients** for the best product rates.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
**For Freshers**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations.
- Basic problem-solving and listening skills.
- Fluency in English (US/UK accents preferred).
- Prior customer service experience (preferably in travel industry).
- Expertise in handling complex queries and complaints.
- Strong negotiation skills for business clients.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
