Customer Service Representative – Travel Industry

Location: SCO 347 Webart, Panchkula

Salary Upto 40,000 (Negotiable)

Work Timings: Rotational Shifts

Experience: 2-6 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone and electronic communication.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Occasionally negotiate with business clients for the best product rates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Prior customer service experience (preferably in travel industry).
  • Expertise in handling complex queries and complaints.
  • Strong negotiation skills for business clients.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
