About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
→ Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
→ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
→ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
→ Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
→ Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
→ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis.
→ Participate in promotional activities and trade events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
→ 2–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in the food or FMCG industry).
→ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
→ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
→ Good understanding of local market trends.
→ Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
→ Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
