Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing the brand with professionalism and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, and certifications (especially for lab-grown diamonds).
- Maintain strong product knowledge of silver, diamond, and lab-grown diamond collections.
- Handle billing, sales entries, and maintain proper sales records.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure the display counters are well organized and stocked.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the store manager and stock team for replenishment and new arrivals.
- Assist in promotional activities, exhibitions, and in-store events.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewellery industry preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software experience preferred).
- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Ability to work on weekends and during festive rushes.
